This was my first time renting a home and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. All the rooms and beds were so neat and clean, the lock system to leave and enter the property was so convenient, and the bathrooms were so amazing. Such a great space for a great price. Will definitely be staying there every year from now on. Only thing was the living room tv’s picture kept flickering on and off until it cleared after like 20 minutes, but the guys offered to come look at it. We came a bit late due to the storm but their keyless check-in was so convenient and easy! The communication was also fast. Whenever I had questions even prior to arrival, it was answered within minutes. We liked how the room was spacious and having 3 bathrooms were convenient. The only thing we noticed was the temperature. We turned it to warm since it was a bit cool and raining. The temp downstairs felt fine but upstairs got a bit warm (vice versa when we turned the ac on) so it didn’t always match temperatures. We were there on business for CES, and the house met the needs for 2 people for 6 nights, and an additional 3 people for 3 of the nights. I would like to stay here again with friends, although it’s a little far from the Strip if you plan to spend all your time there. Like the others, the pictures do not do this place justice, it’s so much nicer in person. Everything is prepared for you and there’s really nothing for you to worry about. They have utensils, cooking supplies, travel essentials in case you forgot your own, and more. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the craziness of the strip which was a bonus! George was an amazing host, constantly in touch with me whenever I had a question or an issue so that nothing would go wrong. If and when I stay in Vegas again, I would definitely try to book this place again. There are businesses nearby if you want to have a day in and just cook and explore. The only issue we really had was the downstairs TV that wasn’t working, although we only wanted to watch it for like an hour so it wasn’t that big of a deal. We were scared of the trees in the backyard the first night because the wind made it sound like someone was outside but no problems after a few minutes when it died down.
